Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for lathe, CNC machine tool processing program preparation (Fanuc system)

2. Design tooling and fixture, and organize related personnel to verify;

3. Responsible for the machining process arrangement of machining parts;

4. Provide technical guidance and training for machine operators;

5. Optimize the process flow and solve the process and technical problems existing in the production site;

6. Complete the trial production procedure of new products ;

7. Ensure the normal production of workshop machining and other processes;

8. Introduce and support the machining process of new product we finish in house to our machining supplier;

9. Support the supplier's machining process to ensure the normal delivery of our components;
Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above, major in machinery;

2. More than five years of on-site equipment and operation of CNC lathes, machining center hands-on experience, proficient in CNC machine programming, with optimization and improvement ability;

3. Familiar with the common process methods of hardware processing (turning, milling, grinding, boring, etc.), and can develop a reasonable processing process plan;

4. Familiar with the processing properties of commonly used hardware materials, and heat treatment process methods and properties, and can choose a reasonable product BOM;

5. Familiar with hardware processing tools, able to choose reasonable tools and evaluate tool life, develop product tool list;

6. Good communication and coordination skills;

7. Basic English reading and writing skills.
