Main task:
•OBD Calibration for ICE/PHEV project
•Testing, real road with extreme conditions, WLTC on dyno
•Data analysis, check measurement and get conclusion and solution for specific target
•Calibration, test with i.O. system and n.i.O. system, finish calibration for diagnostic fulfilling regulatory and internal requirement
•Reporting, write report for each MS under quality criteria
•OBD release and support
•Support to organize resources for OBD calibration
•Support to solve open issues for OBD calibration
•Check OBD calibration quality
•Check OBD report and release OBD calibration
•Support for other OBD topics
•OBD demonstration
•OBD testing and validation for complaints
•OBD calibration optimization for series projects
Requirement:
•Bachelor degree on automotive or related engineering major.
•Good knowledge of OBD requirement from China regulation.
•At least 3 years working experience of OBD calibration.
•Good skills on tools, e.g. INCA, Concerto, Microsoft.
•Sensitive and proactive for data and measurements.
•Good willing to cooperate and troubleshooting.
•Good English in oral and written.
