Responsibility 岗位职责:

Product Development 产品开发
- Contribute to developing products or product components, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with product specifications. 参与产品或产品组件的开发，确保技术可行性和符合产品规格
- Identify and implement design improvements to reduce costs, enhance product performance, and improve manufacturability. 设计改进，以降低成本，提高产品性能，提高可制造性

Design and Analysis 设计与分析
-Utilize CAD tools to create detailed designs for tools/jigs and conduct analyses to optimize for manufacturability, durability, and performance.利用CAD工具设计详细的工具/夹具设计并进行分析，以优化可制造性，耐用性和性能

Prototyping and Testing 原型制作和测试
- Design, build, and test prototypes (RP), analyzing data to identify areas for improvement or optimizatio.设计，构建和测试原型(RP)，分析数据以确定需要改进或优化的地方
- Design and test prototypes to validate and refine the product's mechanical properties. 设计和测试原型，以验证和完善产品的机械性能
Manufacture and Quality 制造和质量
- Supervise and participate in the Pilot run 监督并参与试运行
- Product validation for production 生产的产品验证
- Support production in creating aid tools or jigs and fixtures needs for process repeatability and consistency.支持生产部门创建辅助工具或夹具，以确保工艺的可复制性和一致性
- Support the fabrication team and solve the quality issues during manufacturing, and revise the SOP or other criteria if necessary 支持制造团队，解决生产过程中的质量问题，必要时修改SOP或其他标准
- Consult with fabrication teams during product manufacturing, advising them on design specifications and providing physical assistance when required 在产品制造过程中与制造团队进行沟通，提供设计规范方面建议，并在需要时提供实际帮助
Collaboration 协作
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and procurement, to ensure seamless integration and production of designs. 与包括制造，质量和采购在内的跨职能团队紧密合作，确保设计顺利投入生产
- Attend weekly project or team meetings to provide progress reports, obtain updates on colleagues’ progress, strategize on steps for the following week and acquire information. 参加每周的项目或团队会议，提供进度报告，了解同事的最新进展，制定下周的策略并获取信息

Documentation 文档
- Maintain detailed documentation throughout the R&D process according to company structure and flow, including design file versions, Bill of Materials，test results, and project reports. 根据公司结构和流程，维护整个研发过程的详细文件，包括设计文件版本，物料清单，测试结果和项目报告
- Prepare comprehensive documentation for the Manufacturing and Quality system, including design drawings, specifications, BOM and technical reports. 为生产和质量系统准备全面的文件，包括设计图纸，规格，BOM表和技术报告
- Prepare working instructions, SOP and Quality specification. 准备工作指导书，SOP和质量规范
Continuous Improvement 持续改进
- Identify and implement design improvements to enhance product performance and improve manufacturability. 识别并实施设计改进，以提高产品性能和可制造性
Project Management 项目管理
- Manage project timelines to meet milestones and deliverables. 管理项目时间表，以满足里程碑和可交付成果

Qualifications 任职资格：
Educational background 教育背景
College’s Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electromechanical 本科或硕士学历，机械工程或机电专业
Work experience 工作经验
At least 5 years’ experience in mechanical engineering or equivalent position 5年以上机械工程师或同等职位工作经验
Proven experience in the Motorcycle helmet development is highly desirable.有摩托车头盔开发经验者优先
Hard skills 硬性技能
Solid experience in product development and/or tool development, specifically in mechanical engineering and injection moulded components design.有丰富的产品开发，模具开发经验，特别是在机械工程和注塑件设计方面
Knowledge of the injection tool and mechanical parts such as plastic, metal, rubber, packing etc. 具备注塑件和机械部件如塑料，金属，橡胶，包装材料等等
High Proficiency in 3D CAD software, such as CREO, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA Preferred software would be CREO, alternatively Solidworks, AutoCAD or Catia.熟练使用三维CAD软件，如CREO, SolidWorks, AutoCAD或CATIA，CREO优先
High Proficiency in 3D CAD mechanical designof curved surfaces 熟练掌握曲面三维CAD 结构设计
