The clients are focusing in Petrochemical, and power station filtreation & OEM equipment maker. The Sales Head will work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective sales execution. The company's major product is using textile filtration for air and also liquid .
Description
* Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
* Identify new market opportunities and target segments to expand the company's client base.
* Regularly monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to ensure targets are met.
* Provide direction and guidance to the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
* Coach and mentor team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
* Motivate the team to achieve sales targets, recognizing and rewarding individual and team achievements.

Profile
1 English is a must, have high exposure to regional and for reporting and headquarter, together with General Managerheadquarter
2 Better to understand and coming from same industry
3 Better to station on site of the factory/office
4 Have track record in succeffullly managing

Experience in guiding and managing a sales team, with strong leadership and motivational skills.

Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Familiarity with the industrial filtration industry and its market trends would be an advantage.
