As a battery technical leader, your tasks will involve in particular:
•Processing of technical project content
•Technological development of the team portfolio
•Coordination with customers
•Strategic team development and regular communication in the team
•Coordination and regular communication in the line structure
•Harmonization and standardization of processes, methods and tools in the team and alignment within German team
•Management of know-how and ideas in the team

Necessary Knowledge:
•Successfully completed studies in the field of vehicle engineering, mechanical engineering, automation or equivalent
•At least 3 years of experience in the battery development of automobile branch
•In-depth knowledge of battery requirement management, mechanical, E/E design, simulation, prototyping, test and validation
•Battery development experience and confident handling
•Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as negotiation skills and customer orientation
•High degree of responsibility, commitment, communication, and social competence
•Systematic and structured way of working, cooperative and independent working style

任职要求：
