职位描述：
1. 领导药物化学团队，制定并执行药物研发战略，确保研发项目的高效推进；
2. 深入研究小核酸药物的化学结构、作用机制及优化策略，提升药物的疗效和安全性；
3. 与跨职能团队紧密合作，参与新药研发项目的立项、评估及执行，确保项目目标的顺利实现；
4. 跟踪国内外药物化学领域的最新动态，为公司研发策略的制定提供科学依据；
5. 培养并激励团队成员，提升团队整体研发能力。
职位要求：
1. 药物化学、有机化学、生物化学等相关专业博士及以上学历，具有丰富的药物研发经验；
2. 在药物化学领域具有深厚的理论基础和实践经验，熟悉小核酸药物的研发流程和技术；
3. 具备优秀的项目管理能力，能够带领团队高效推进研发项目；
4. 具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够跨职能协调资源，解决问题；
5. 对药物研发充满热情，具有创新思维和敏锐的市场洞察力。
