PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
 Support the calculating the costs to complete the project and the progress against budget, querying any variances.
 Monitor and analyse project effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative tools.
 Develop and define project goals and objectives in collaboration with the project team.
 Prepare and monitor short and long-term resource allocation plans based on input from the Project & Engineer Lead and team members.
 Gather actual data, update project schedule and develop reliable schedule forecast with support from project team.
 Oversee schedules / risk management plans providing serious deviations warnings in the project.
 Prepare and present regular internal and external project reports for management
 Follow-up payment schedule, invoice plan and Bank Guarantees in collaboration with Finance.
 Track resource planning and Project team time tracking, filing design document, shipping coordinating with supply chain.
 Ensure to take appropriate planning measures to reassess scope of work responsibilities, proposals, contracts, payment flow and budgets.

QUALIFICATIONS/ KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE
 Bachelor or above Degree mayor in Chemical ,Chemical Process &Engineering.
 5+ year work experience in chemical project management.
 Good English, verbally and in writing.
 Team player and shares information and supports other team members.
 Analyzing information from a range of sources, identify trends to deduce cause /effect. Business Administration training (preferable).
