职责描述：
2.0 Job Overview

Responsible for the technical and equipment construction and technical management of the machining area required by the OTV project, continuously promote the technological progress of the machining area, organize the preparation of the long-term and short-term technical development plan for machining required by the OTV project and subsequent projects, formulate the technical transformation plan, and be responsible for the implementation and management of the plan.

3.0 Primary Responsibilities

According to the needs of the OTV project, assist in the selection, procurement, installation and commissioning of new equipment;
Responsible for organizing technical personnel to compile and guide various process documents and technical documents such as process documents, work instructions, etc., which require machining production of OTV products, formulate material consumption quotas, and measure standard working hours for product production;
According to the needs of the process, responsible for the design of new equipment and new technology in the machining area, as well as the verification and improvement of process equipment.
Organize technical personnel to optimize the process of existing production lines and new lines, and track and monitor the implementation process throughout the process;
The tracking of new product trial production, the design of process tooling, and the whole process of new products from trial production to batch trial production and normal production in the workshop. Control the feasibility of mass production of products, and improve the trial production report and related process data.
Analyze the causes of general quality accidents in the production department and participate in the formulation of corrective and preventive measures;
Responsible for the guidance, supervision and inspection of the standardized management, use and use of various process documents and process requirements in various aspects of machining.
According to the requirements of the company, combined with the process flow and material flow of production, the process layout of the company and workshop is reasonably designed, the production layout is reasonably optimized, and the production line is arranged;
Responsible for guiding employees to carry out training and guidance on process operation, so that employees can be proficient in product production process and related process equipment operation.
Lead or participate in the construction and implementation of workshop projects or company projects, and assist the project leader to complete the project.
Complete the tasks assigned by the leader on time.

2.0 职位概述

负责OTV项目所需机加工区域的技术及设备搭建和技术管理工作，不断推进机加工区域技术进步，组织编制OTV项目及后续项目所需机加工长远和近期技术发展规划，制定技术改造规划，负责规划的实施和管理。

3.0 主要职责

Ÿ 根据OTV项目需要，协助完成新设备的选型、采购、安装、调试等工作；
Ÿ 负责组织技术人员编制指导OTV产品所需机加生产的工艺过程文件、作业指导书等各类工艺文件和技术文件，制定材料消耗定额，测定产品生产的标准工时;
Ÿ 根据工艺需要，负责机加工区域新设备及新技术设计及对工艺设备的验证和改进工作。
Ÿ 组织技术人员对现有生产线和新建线的工艺优化工作，并对实施过程进行全程跟踪和监控;
Ÿ 新产品试制的跟踪、工艺工装的设计，跟踪新产品从试生产转批量试生产、车间正常生产的整个过程。对产品批量生产的可行性进行把控 ，完善试制报告和相关的工艺资料。
Ÿ 对生产部门产生的一般质量事故进行原因分析，并参与制定纠正预防措施；。
Ÿ 负责对机加各种工艺文件、工艺要求等在各环节规范管理、使用的指导和监督、检查工作。
Ÿ 根据公司的要求，结合生产的工序流转、物料流转，合理设计公司、车间的工艺平面布置图，合理优化生产布局，并负责对生产线进行排布;
Ÿ 负责指导员工进行工艺操作的培训和指导，使员工能够熟练掌握产品生产工艺及相关的工艺设备操作。
Ÿ 主导或参与车间项目或者公司项目的建设与实施，协助项目负责人完成项目。
Ÿ 按时完成领导临时交办的任务。
任职要求：
4.0 Required Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills

Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, mechatronics, automation and other related majors.
Familiar with all kinds of machining technology, more than five years of practical work experience, and have certain project management experience. Experience in processing and manufacturing of high-precision mechanical parts (such as instrumentation, valve body, valve block and other parts, etc.) is preferred.
Proficient in the use of CAD, ProE/Catia/SolidWorks and other engineering design software, proficient in the use of CAM software for computer-aided manufacturing is preferred. And can independently organize and guide the completion of the design of machining technology.
High initiative and problem-solving ability.
Proficiency in English communication and writing.

4.0 需要的教育、经验、知识及技能

Ÿ 本科及以上学历，机械、机电一体化、自动化等相关专业。
Ÿ 熟悉各类机械加工工艺，实际工作经验五年以上，有一定的项目管理工作经验。具有高精密机械零部件（如仪器仪表、阀体、阀块等零部件等）加工与制造经验者优先。
Ÿ 能熟练应用CAD、ProE/Catia/SolidWorks等工程设计软件，能够熟练使用CAM软件进行计算机辅助制造更佳。并能独立组织和指导完成机械加工工艺的设计。
Ÿ 较高的主动性及问题处理能力。
Ÿ 熟练的英语交流和写作能力。
