Principle Accountabilities:

• Lead motor components optimized design for SIM&NEM&ISRM motors.

• Provided technical files (3D/2D design, BOM creation, benchmark solutions and market analysis, prepare risk assessment and technical proposal).

• Manage the Engineering activities in accordance with PDP process and interface the multifunctional program team:

1 Issue & control drawings through TC, constantly hold current level BOM in TC. Manage engineering change through PLEX system.

2 Leading and conduct design reviews with local engineering manager and respective Chief engineer.

3 Lead motor component development in fields of materials, technology, designing mechanisms & product application.

4 Define validation plan based on customer or internal specifications.

• Work with test engineer to conduct design & product validation.

• Network with Centre of expertise (and other design centers).

• Manage the Engineering activities for the product modifications (TC, Localization, quality resolution).

• Support / lead problem resolution using structures concern resolution methodology and support QRCM process:

1 Validate containments

2 Establish / prove root causes

3 Define and implement solutions.
