1. POSITION SUMMARY
To assist the management team to realize a customer-oriented culture within customer service department via setting up communication mechanism, policies and KPI; To develop and optimize process to provide the world class services to customer in the manner of cost effective.
2. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
a. Mainly assist with Senior Customer Service Manager for the daily order process-Domestic and Export for current customers.
协助资深客户服务经理,客服代表处理现有客户的日常订单流程, 有国内和出口订单处理经验。
b. Working cross-functionally to deliver products/services in accordance with customer expectations and company policies.
跨部门工作,根据客户期望和公司政策提供产品/服务。
c. Excellent at Excel skills.
Excel 技能是必要条件,会V-lookup, SUMIF, 透视表等常规技能,有宏技能者优先。
d. Answering and dealing with all customer queries (orders, payments, claims and deliveries/shipping) in deep link with our internal services: administration, production, quality, and warehouse.
回答和处理与我们内部服务(管理、生产、质量和仓库)密切相关的所有客户问题(订单、付款、索赔和交货/运输)。
e. Handling customer’s emails /calls promptly in a professional manner without delaying and able to escalate information precisely.
以专业的方式及时处理客户的邮件及电话,不拖延,并能准确及时反馈信息。
f. Ensure that all orders and all relevant data are entered into the ERP (JDE) system and that the system is utilized as per design requirements and done so accurately.
确保所有订单和所有相关数据都输入到ERP (JDE)系统中,并按照设计要求准确使用该系统。
g. Performing any tasks or assignment that may be assigned by the Senior Customer Service Manager.
执行资深客户服务经理分配的任何任务或要求。
3. EDUCATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Education Requirements
a. Possess a Degree in commercial or any other related economic discipline.
Skills
b. Experience in handling shipments for sea and air is a must. Knowledge of Incoterms is compulsory and experience in L/C negotiation is an added asset.
c. Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point etc.)
d. Experiences of ERP (JDE)
e. Good organizational skills and willingness to accept responsibilities.
f. Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a desire to achieve excellent service.
g. Ability to set priorities. Must be able to multi-task and able to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing accuracy of work. Meticulous and precise
h. Good command in both written and spoken English.
Working Experience
i. Minimum 2 Years in similar functions and preferably from similar industry.
4. TRAINING NEEDS REQUIREMENT
a. Food safety, such as GMP, GHP, HACCP, etc.
b. Original Cert. training, Commodity Inspection Cert. training from JX local Bureau.
c. HR training, such as corporate policy, salary system, career development, welfare, etc.
