Job Scope:
A master scheduler is responsible for creating Master Production Plan in SAP which not only utilize capacity but also maintain reasonable stock level to meet customer demand, moreover commit FCD to customer and improve OTD performance.

1. Maintain a feasible Master Production Plan in SAP for the supply chain to follow;
2. Coordinate activities to ensure capacity and components are in place to support the production plan, escalate to management when needed;
3. Commit FCD's to customer orders on behalf of RFMD;
4. Determine SAP planning strategies and forecast consumption, as well as propose FG stocking level and long Leadtime components to ensure no stock out situation;
5. Work in conjunction with Work center planners to schedule in the most cost effective way as well as keep customer service level high;
6. Work with Demand Management closely once allocation situation arises;
7. Maintain a production plan based on RFMD approved Sourcing strategy from S&OP process;
8. Ensure a smooth transition of the New Product Introduction into production;
9. The liaison between Product Line(s) and Supply Chain;
10. Improve RFMD customer OTD (both FCD and CRD) performance;

Requirement:
1.Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or related field.
2.At least 5 years experience of high-tech planning experience.1-2 experience work as master scheduler/planner.
3.Proficiency in MS office, especially in EXCEL and POWERPOINT.
4.Excellent command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
5.SAP skill is a must.
