Responsibilities：
 1 direct report lab technician;
 Manage annual CAPEX of 1M CNY and OPEX of 500k CNY.
 Develop lab capacities for new formulation development through building internal research labs and initiate/lead external university/research institute collaborations
 Perform formula development analysis and develop new analysis methods for formula development
 Focus on EV fluids, formula optimization with local raw materials and new OEM product development;
 Coordinate with One Tech research labs for new method development, implementation, and circular test
 Support and execute lubricants product development projects, in the development of new formulations, improvements and adaptations for the Chinese lubricant market.
 Coordinate sample preparations, first level analysis in the plants’ QC labs and outsource required tests in labs in China (SGS, etc..)
Qualifications：
Technical skills：
 Education: University graduated or above, major in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
 Fluent in English, both oral and written communication.
 More than 8 years experiences in research labs in chemistry industry
 Knowledge of StarLims system, ISO / IATF quality system
 Master key lab test equipment and data interpretation
 Good knowledge in lubricant and lubricant performance evaluation
