1.工作时间为周一至周五,0930-1830;
2.处理电子邮件和电话查询;
3.与客户和翻译员进行沟通交流;
4.协助监督内部和外部翻译员工作进展;
5.维护客户数据库和项目档案。
岗位要求:
1.具备客户服务或相关经验者优先考虑;
2.良好的沟通能力;
3.具有团队合作精神;
4.英语、普通话或广东话的基本沟通能力。

Job Description
1、Working hours 0930-1830 Mon-Fri;
2、Handle email and phone inquiries every day, and entertain visiting clients from time to time;
3、Develop strong ties with key clients and linguists;
4、Coordinate with internal and external linguists, and monitor their progress if need be;
5、Maintain client and project database.
Requirements
1、Experienced in customer service or related disciplines;
2、Proven skills in negotiation and communication;
3、Good team spirit;
4、Competent in English and Cantonese as well as Putonghua.
