Job Description:
As a Data and Application Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of robust data pipelines and ETL processes, facilitating the seamless extraction, transformation, and loading of data from diverse sources into our data warehouse. Your role extends to designing the data warehouse itself, ensuring its integrity and optimal performance. Proficiency in ERP application implementation, particularly with OA and AX, is advantageous for smooth internal project integration. While prior experience in Dynamics or AX is preferred, expertise in similar systems will also be considered. We welcome candidates with varying levels of experience, provided they demonstrate a strong aptitude for the required skills and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
？ Design and maintain an internal data warehouse that integrates all internal application systems.
？ Develop and implement data pipelines and ETL processes using tools like Semigo or equivalent.
？ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.
？ Utilize Business Intelligence solutions, including Power BI, to extract insights from data and enhance decision-making processes.
？ Take ownership of supporting and maintaining assigned applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
？ Generate and maintain documentation essential for ongoing support.
？ Implement change management processes effectively to forestall disruptions and outages, adhering strictly to company standards.
？ Coordinate with other Global IT departments to seamlessly implement ERP solutions like Dynamics and OA.
Qualifications:
？ Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
？ Strong proficiency in relational databases, especially MSSQL, with advanced SQL and stored procedure development skills.
？ Strong proficiency with data pipelines and ETL processes, using tools like Semigo or equivalent.
？ Experience in Business Intelligence, particularly with Power BI, for data visualization and analysis.
？ Familiarity with ERP application implementation, focusing on Dynamics AX and OA, and exposure to similar systems.
？ Intermediate knowledge of commercial practices.
？ Proficiency in the MS Office suite, including collaboration with Excel VBA and SharePoint.
