TMALL Business Development Manager - Team Leader
Responsibilities:
1. Working closely with TMALL support staff to define channel development strategy according to the company sales target; and make and follow up the corresponding implementation plan.
2. Be responsible for the investigation, negotiation and evaluation of agents, and assist agents to promote the project.
3. Develop high-quality customers within the platform, and follow up the contract signing, task assignment and completion, product training, product listing and other related matters.
4. Develop sales plan, promote dealer's order, and follow up dealer's payment data monitoring - inventory monitoring, data anomaly monitoring.
5. Take lead for team management responsibilities and supervisor the T-Mall sales target accomplishment.

Qualifications:
1. Good communication skills and be able to use English as working language including listening/ speaking/reading/writing.
2. Be familiar with TMALL business model and operation.
3. 5-7 years of experience in electronic consumer product or relevant industry, and strong knowledge and sense to identify and develop high quality customers and dealers.
4. Be capable to make strategy, judgement and recommendation based on relevant data analysis
5. With experience to take lead for a team for 3-6 people and adapt to the pressure of sales target.

岗位职责：
1. 根据公司的销售目标，与天猫平台相应的人员对接，为天猫所有的专卖店制定整体策略，并确保策略的执行与推进。
2. 对天猫业务进行渠道拓展，发掘、评估更优质的经销商和店铺，并协助他们开展业务。
3. 开拓寻找优质客户以提升天猫店铺的数量，并跟进后续的签约、进货、产品培训、试听等一系列的事宜。
4. 完成销售业绩，促进经销商的下单交易量，并对付款、库存、异常数据等进行监控和跟进。
5. 带领天猫销售团队的成员共同完成销售业绩任务。

任职要求：
1. 沟通能力强，并能以英语作为工作语言，包括听说读写的能力。
2. 熟悉天猫电商平台的运营模式和对接。
3. 5-7年的相关电子消费类产品电商销售经验，对于发掘、管理经销商和天猫店铺有相应的能力与经验。
4. 具备能根据各类数据分析做出判断和策略建议的能力。
5. 具备带领3-6人团队的经验，能够适应销售业绩压力。
