Job Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
1. Assist the General Manager in managing the company's operations and various departments, and assist in supervising the formulation and implementation of various management systems.
协助总经理对公司运作与各职能部门进行管理，协助监督各项管理制度的制定及推行。
2. Responsible for the preparation, coordination, and liaison of various management system certifications and reviews of the company, and for maintaining the system.
负责公司各类管理体系认证与评审的准备、协调和联络工作，并做好体系维护工作。
3. Responsible for organizing and implementing internal and external audits of the company's quality management system.
负责公司各项质量管理体系内部审核和外部评审的组织及落实。
4. Organize various departments to carry out training on various management systems as required.
组织各部门按要求开展各类管理体系的培训。
5. Responsible for supervising and inspecting the implementation of various management systems and quality management systems of the company, and maintaining the normal operation of the internal management system.
负责监督检查公司各项管理制度、质量管理体系执行情况，维护内部管理系统正常运行。
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the general manager.
完成总经理交办的其他任务。
Job Requirements【任职要求】
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least one year of experience in system management or administration related work.
本科及以上学历，一年以上体系管理或行政管理类相关工作经验。
2. Familiar with quality management system standards is preferred.
熟悉质量管理体系标准优先。
3. Good English reading and writing skills, CET-6 or above.
具备良好的英语阅读书写能力，英语六级或以上。
4. Possess good language organization skills, logical thinking skills, and writing skills.
具备良好的语言组织能力、逻辑思维能力和写作能力。
5. Strong execution, logical thinking, and good communication skills.
