高中语文教师招聘要求：
——汉语言文学专业研究生以上，具备日常英语交流能力。
——心怀教育理想，具有国际化的教育视野，认同、理解、尊重多元文化，认同书院的办学理念，并在日常工作中贯彻、执行；
——为人诚恳，工作态度端正、积极，乐于沟通与合作，愿意在专业领域持续学习、提高；
——具有优秀的学科素养和出众的语言能力，具备高级中学语文教师资格，能够熟练、准确地运用中文进行语文专业教学；
——具有IB中文课程的教学经验，参加过相关课程体系专业培训或曾在国际学校工作的经验丰富者优先；
——能承担导师、社团指导教师、学术活动指导教师的工作。
——根据各年教学安排，承担10-12年级语文教学工作；
——科组内合作进行备课、出卷、学科竞赛准备等相关工作；

Job Responsibilities:
- Complete the daily teaching tasks, including strong lesson planning, engaging lesson delivery, high level and informative assessment and quality feedback, according set curriculum and expectations of VMA;
- Create appropriate pacing guides and lesson plans to maintain a high level of rigor throughout the course to ensure that students reach high academic proficiency;
- Fulfill the teaching requirements, rules and regulations set by the school;
- Actively communicate with parents and student mentors to help students progress and achieve self-discipline and motivation;
- Be fully involved in the extra-curricular life of the school.
- Complete all administrative and record keeping tasks set by Department Chairs and Academic Directors.
The successful candidate should:
- Possess a degree/qualification in Chinese field
- Have a minminum of a Master degree with a teaching certification or equivalent education qualification.
- Be able to teach Chinese at high school level and AP College level, experience preferred.
- Be able to use technology to track student progress.
- Have strong administrative and record keeping skills.
- Be a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Possess the ability to work with diverse groups of colleagues, students and parents, as well as different cultures.
- Experience working in a multicultural/international school setting is considered a bonus.
- Have a flexible attitude as our school grows and develops.
- Be a positive and enthusiastic member of the team.
