1.   Creating long-term business plan and yearly budgeting for the plant
2.   Regular monthly financial reports including a regular profitability analysis
3.   Providing financial evaluation on cost optimization measures
4.   Regular monitor plant investment and reporting
5.   Ensuring accurate life time plant cost quotation for projects
6.   Calculations of hourly and allocation rates
7.   Other ad-hoc tasks from plant manager
Deal with all plant functions regarding to planning, forecast, and actual analysis
Coordinate with regional controlling and central controlling for day to day tasks
Coordinate with business division regarding to sales planning and forecast, production investment, and new SOP
•    Analytical skills and a quick grasp of complex relations
•    Can work independently and under pressure
•    Able to coordinate several processes simultaneously
•    Good communication skills and team player
