Summary of the Role：
Responsible for the internal Logistics Flow from the goods receiving to the consumption points in TCF. Including logistics operator management, development, continuous improvement.

Responsible for the BIW & Paint logistics area logistics vehicles, dollies, racks and space.

Responsible for chemical warehouse management in a safe and professional way.
负责区域内的所有物流车辆、器具、料架和场地管理，确保化学品库的安全、专业管理。
Main responsibilities：
• Responsible for material handling daily operation in a safe, quality assured and efficient way in the responsible area。
负责所在区域直接材料日常管理，确保安全、质量和效率

• Warehouse management, manage KPI & PI, make analysis for deviations, and

• take actions. Warehouse status and MH team running status data collection and analysis 仓库KPI/PI管理，差异分析及解决方案。仓库运行状态和现场物流团队情况的数据收集与分析

• In the responsible area, team/people management, including team work & team culture, and people skill or individual development.
负责所在区域的现场物流团队/人员管理，包括团队合作，文化建设，技能培养和现场团队成员的个人发展

• Responsible for continuous improvements in MH area
负责现场物流团队的持续改善

• Responsible for the BIW & Paint logistics area logistics vehicles, dollies, racks and space efficient use
负责所在区域的所有物流车辆、器具、料架和场地的高效使用和管理

• Responsible for logistics related engineering change execution in responsible area
负责所在区域的工程变更实施

• Responsible for stock taking operation in responsible area
负责所在区域的库存盘点
Experience Required ：
• Expertise: Familiar with different kinds of logistics handling: JIS, JIT, P-lane, SPS, Kitting, VMI, Kanban, Andon, etc. Skilled on logistics equipment, logistics IT system.

• Experience: ＞ 3 years of warehouse and line feeding. Worked with global team in English. Preferable on a new model car launch from beginning to mass production.

• Creative approach of problem solutions

• Be able to work with changing priorities

• Experience in production is an advantage

Others: Project plan scheduling and schedule control; coordination ability.
• Academic Qualifications Required: Bachelor degree or above

• Experience Required: More than 5 years working experience in logistics handling in Car industry.

• English: Have good reading and writing skills, fluency in oral communication.

• System: Have operation and improve experience in ERP and warehouse system.

• Software: Skilled user of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project and Visio. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
