Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for sales of branded products in assigned region
• Distributor and end user development and management
• Brand building
• Marketing activities implementation
• Team management
• Major distributors development and management in assigned region
• Sub-distributors and local chain development and management
• Yearly contract negotiation with major distributors or local chain customers
• Maintain good relationship with key distributor and account.
• Yearly and monthly sales target achieve
• Work with major distributors and sub-distributors to increase distribution coverage and reach more end users.
• Customer training and brand salon execution
• Achieve sales target of new product in assigned region
• Working with Marketing team to build brand through marketing activities
• Market and competitor information collection
• Working with Supply Chain team providing arcuate forecast to avoid out of stock
• Customer complaint handling
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• At least 8 years’ sales experience especially in distributor and KA development and management. 2-3years team management skills is a plus
• Strong negotiation skills
• Good presentation skill
• Strong planning capability
• Strong PC software skill especially in excel &word, power point
• Strong internal and external communication skill
• Good people management skills, can motivate team to achieve the target
• Good English oral and written skills
• Willing to travel frequency
• High self-motivated
• Fast learner with strong business sense
• Result oriented
• Able to work under pressure with positive attitude
