• Be responsible for customer project delivery, solution and planning for frame contract fulfillment.
• Support customer to define milestones and schedule deadlines.
• Support customer to break down IT implementation scopes into suitable work packages.
• Be responsible for project delivery performance management in software defined vehicle area. Like, connected backend, in-car software, in-car security, HMI feature etc.
• Work with team to define the specification of a project implementation, test, security, transition, operation etc.
• Manage the delivery project team and provide on-the-job training to team members.
• Work closely with pre-sales team to understand their requirements and develop tailored Software Defined Vehicle(SDV) solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, development, operation, test, big data, cloud and innovation, to ensure successful implementation of in-car software solution.

Qualification:
• At least 8 years' experience in IT or Automotive industry.
• At least 3 years' experience technical hands-on experience and delivery team management experience.
• Well Experienced in IT Project Management including Project Planning, Project Execution and Controlling, Quality management, Risk Management and so on.
• Strong understanding of SDV technologies, including software-defined networking, virtualization, and cloud computing.
• Know-how in in-car software development, security, test solution with Automotive EE.
• Know-how in classic IT technology, DevSecOps, Automation test, BigData, Cloud, Security etc.
• Know-how in automotive industry standards and requirements, Cybersecurity, Embedded develpment, Artificial Intelligence, Intelligent cockpit, HMI etc.
• Good experience in agile working methods (e.g. SCRUM, SAFE, etc.)
• Good experience in IT CI/CD tool chain and automation pipeline implementation.
• Great ability to explain complex technical problems to clients and third-parties.
• Communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
• Connected car and SDV experience is a plus.
