Objectives
Familiar with motor structure and working principle.
熟悉电机结构及工作原理。
Familiar with new project introduction process.
熟悉新项目导入流程。
Familiar with solution for the issues, and have knowledge for test and design.
熟悉问题处理，试验设计相关的知识。
Main activities
• Skilled in using relevant measurement tools, Analysis and improvement using MSA .
熟练使用相关测量工具，并能使用测量系统进行分析改善
• Skilled in using Office.
熟练使用Office办公软件，
• Could make and evaluate PFMEA in early terms of product and plan process independently.
能独立进行产品前期PFMEA制作评审和工艺制程策划。
• Could guide abnormal quality issues for new product during pilot independently.
能独立主导新产品试产过程中的突发品质异常。
• Familiar with manufacture process and quality control for motor, know the progress of motor design and development..
熟悉电机的制造工艺，质量控制要求，了解电机产品设计和开发的流程。
• Responsible for project Trial production and Small Trial production，
负责实施工程试产及小量试产，
• Make production process, control plan, operation specification.
制定工艺生产流程，控制计划，操作规程。
• Make report after pilot, and track completion for the problems.
试产完成后制定试产报告，并跟进追踪问题点完成情况。
Profile
Education: Electronic Industrialization or Applied Electronic Technology or related specialties College or above degree
机械、电机，工业工程等相关专业，大专或以上学历
Experience: More than 5 years’ experience in motor industry, and 3 years DC motor new project introduction experience..
有5年以上电机厂工作经验，3年以上直流电机新项目导入经验。
With good communication and expression ability.
良好的沟通表达能力，
Could adapt to new environment fast , with high sense of responsibility.
良好的环境适应能力，责任心强。
Good at learning and summarizing new technical skills, results and experiences of process, and use into production.Help improve department process technician ability.
善于学习总结新的专业技术，工艺工作的成果和经验，并能使用到实际生产中。
帮助提升部门工艺技术员的工作能力，
