Work you’ll do:

1. Apply Lean Manufacturing tools to improve manufacturing operations (production, maintenance and quality etc.) efficiency and effectiveness

2. Lead and coach client team members to carry out manufacturing transformation work

3. Assess and design business concept and process to support digital manufacturing initiatives

4. Develop and apply reusable digital assets to support manufacturing transformation effort
We are looking for someone with:

1. Solid expertise and work experience in lean manufacturing (either industry or consulting will do)

2. Great problem solving skills, communication skills and team player

3. Work experience in digital manufacturing effort, design and implementation, is strongly preferred

4. Holistic basic knowledge in plant operations including S&OP, Planning and Scheduling, Logistics, Quality, etc.

5. Experience in automotive, chemical, electronics and FMCG industry preferred

6. Flexible in taking business trips and serving clients on-site

7. Language proficiency in both Chinese Mandarin and English
