Job Descriptions:

1.Control DTC & Franchise`s stores' VM quality.
-Visit and control regional stores and provide on-site training.
-Provide feedback to retail staff how is the store display changed by weekly.
-Provide the store visit report basis for better tracking & following up in future.

2.Handle new store opening and regular store visits
-Prepare VM plan including zoning plan, mannequin & hanger orders, VM props and
in-store graphics etc.
-VM execution at the site (DP, graphics, in-store props, lighting adjustment, etc.)
-Regularly store visits to ensure constant display rotation and dynamism.
-Liaise with store on VM daily maintenance.

3.VM manual and monthly guideline.
-Supporting for make and provide recommendations on VM manual.
-Make and provide monthly guideline to retail staff.

4.On-site support event setup
-Provide on-site display for marketing event.
-Liaise with local contractor to follow up the inspection issues.
-Consolidate completion photos and submit VM Report to team leader.

Qualifications & Experience:

More than 5 years of VM experience, with extensive knowledge in clothing products and display.
Excellent visual design skills, proficient in using design software such as PS/AI.
Familiar with the overall image planning and display of the terminal, as well as the application of clothing colors, combinations, and display props, understanding sports fashion and trends.
Able to accept certain business trips.
