What you’ll do
As the window person of DQ plant, share the QMS change and Audit deviations information from APAC and Global. Establish and maintain the Daqing BMS network, hold BMS biweekly meeting.
Establish, operate and maintain the QMS of plant according to the requirements of ISO9001, CCC and BMS.
Develop and maintain the BMS, support the BMS of each department.
Prepare for manufacturing license audit and coordinate the audit process.
Prepare for the COP audits of overseas markets, coordinate them in plant.
Establish the COP assurance /control plans and executive reports with SH Q&CS as required by MIIT/ CQC(AQSIQ)/ MEP.
Plan and implement the internal audit according to the requirements of ISO9001 and CCC
Prepare for external plant audit of ISO9001, coordinate them in plant.
Follow up the nonconformities of internal /external audit.
Develop management review plan and implement it.
Implement the GIS and AFR.
Carry out the training of BMS, GIS, AFR, QMS and CCC in plant.
What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree, Automobile or mechanical engineering.
5 years technology, quality assurance work experience; The quality management system planning and implement experience more than 3 years.
Familiar with the requirements of ISO9001, CCC, Environmental protection, Recall.
Know the company operation management, be familiar with the specific content and request of quality assurance work, have a clear train of thought and method of work.
Knowledge of vehicle product, technology and manufacturing process, with the basic foundation planning.
Strong planning, organization and coordination ability.
Strong writing skills and language ability.
