岗位要求：
1、 英语听说读写流利，可作为工作语言
2、 本科及以上统招学历，1年以上行政前台工作经验
3、 ***，做事细致，聪明灵活，有主动性
4、 熟练使用办公软件
Administrative Receptionist
Job responsibilities:
1. Reception desk
(1) Courier registration and delivery
(2) Receiving, recording, and transferring incoming calls
(3) Visitor reception, preparation of TV welcome screen, provision of tea and coffee
2. Administration
(1) Meeting preparation
(2) Management of fruits, snacks, and drinking water in the tea room
(3) Green plant maintenance
(4) Red wine packaging and shipping
(5) Company employee activity assistance
(6) Office item maintenance
(7) Other administrative work arranged by superiors
Job requirements:
(1) Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, can use English as work language
(2) Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 1 year of experience in administrative receptionist work
(3) Good image, meticulous work, intelligent and flexible, proactive
(4) Proficient in using Office software
