1. 促成项目总体目标的达成

Contribution to the achievement of the overall project targets.

2. 在项目运行中，负责开发活动相关交付物的管理和协调

Responsible for management and coordination of all product development (PD) deliverables of a project.

3. 负责开发相关的EPC/RFC的评估/执行/预算控制

Responsible for PD part of EPC and RfC evaluation and fulfillment / control of the PD project budget.

4.在项目运行中，负责正确/及时/经济地规划所有开发相关的活动

Responsible for the correctly, timely and cost effectively planning of all required PD project activities.

5. 符合项目进度计划

Being in line with the project time schedule.

1. 针对开发相关的问题，向项目经理提供支持

Supports the project manager regarding PD issues

2. 协助制定报价策略和执行

Contributes to the definition of the acquisition strategy and its implementa-tion

3. 规划和协调项目中的开发活动

Plans and coordinates the PD activities

4. 制定和管理项目中开发相关的进度计划，在每次的项目例会上，确认符合项目主计划

Creates and manages PD time schedule and ensures alignment with Master Time-table in every project core team meeting

5.定义项目开发团队成员，并确保在需要时参加项目核心团队会议

Defines required PD team (roles) and ensures participations in project core team meeting if required

6. 定义项目中开发团队的会议

Defines PD team meetings

7. 负责设计评审和产品设计释放

Decides in the design reviews about the release of the product design

8.参与测试成熟度审查

Contributes to test readiness review

9. 与客户就技术细节进行沟通

Communicates with the customer with respect to technical details

10. 支持从开发阶段到生产准备阶段的成功过渡

Supports successful transition from development phase to industrializa-tion/launch

11. 在项目例会中，主动沟通所有内部/外部的工程更改

Proactively communicates all internal and external change requests (RfC) in project team meetings

12. 协调车辆集成测试（与客户获得一致）

Coordinates to the vehicle integration test (in alignment with customer)

13. 监控PD工作进度（随时间变化的指标）

Monitoring progress (metrics over time) of PD work products

14. 决定客户产品需求是否可被接受，经验教训总结和设计原则

Decides about acceptance of customer product requirements, lessons learned and design rules

15. 计划和协调DFMEA创建

Plans and coordinates the D-FMEA

67. 协调产品认证过程（如适用）

Coordinates the product homologation process (if applicable)

技能要求/Skill requirement

1. 熟练使用Catia软件/Proficient operation Catia

2. 具备一定的英语水平，可理解产品标准和主持与全球团队的技术会议/English skill required for specifications understanding and leading technical meeting with global teams

3. 具备三年以上的机械产品设计经验，汽车零部件优先/3 years above mechanical products development experience，automotive product prefer
