1. Development of Technical solutions within Product Development
2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Working closely with other departments, such as manufacturing, engineering, and quality control, to ensure designs are feasible, meet performance requirements, and can be efficiently produced.
3. Responsible for creating prototypes of designs and coordinating testing activities to verify performance, durability, safety, and regulatory compliance. Analyzing test data and making design adjustments as necessary.
4. Responsible for generating detailed design documentation, including technical specifications, drawings, and reports according to TPEP (Tajco Product Engineering Process). Keeping accurate records of design iterations, decisions, and project progress.
5. Applies control systems, reports, which accurately measure progress, identify potential technical problems and implement timely corrective actions to ensure that commitments met based on prevention rather than curing (tools and methods used are for example: 6 Sigma, FMEA, GD&T, TSA, FEM, etc.)
6. Supports VA/VE and innovation activities. Participating in design reviews, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing design enhancements to optimize product performance, cost, quality, and manufacturability.

任职资格：

1. 具有至少五年的汽车内饰或外部产品设计经验。
2. 熟练使用Catia V5或西门子NX，并具有良好的微软办公软件技能。
3. 熟悉金属成形制造工艺。
4. 有汽车行业塑料部件设计、注塑或相关工作经验者优先考虑。
5. 良好的英语听说书写能力。
