职位概述

This position is responsible for BU’s overall project status, project cost, progress & schedule/resource, etc according to support BU Mobility’s business strategy & plan achievement.


岗位职责

A. Project Management (Operation Part) – 100%

1. Cost Control-Project cost control including project bias analysis, report to related parties & take positive measures.

2. Vendor Support-Vendor monitor including project payment verification according to sub-contracts.

3. KA Support-KA project procedure optimization and project control with key points.

4. Resource Management- Resource collaboration & coordination, including projects & PMs to improve efficiency.

5. Meeting Management under a standard SOP procedure.

6. Establish and refine a PMO database including working templates, working instruction, monthly report, etc.

7. Digitalization-Fully understand the business scenarios, analyze the working process, support to shape the digital concept with team based on the business strategy.


任职条件

1. Bachelor's degree or above.

2. ＞ 3-5 years of working experience in Project Management or data analysis.

3. Proficient MS office, excel, PPT skill, data analysis is a must.

4. Hosted or participated in the construction of digital projects, SAP experience is preferred.

5. Ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese (Mandarin) .

6. Ability to manage multiple projects and timeframes in a complex organizational structure.

7. Strong interpersonal, influence and communications skills.

8. Objective-oriented and result-driven mindset.

9. Certification of PMP is a plus.
