职责描述:
Job Description:
The E-commerce Merchandise Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales and optimizing merchandising strategies across multiple online channels. Reporting to Ecommerce Director, this role will collaborate closely with TPs, China merchandising team and headquarters to achieve business targets and enhance the customer shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute merchandising strategies based on sales and stock analysis to improve key metrics and achieve annual and monthly business targets.
2. Oversee merchandising activities for 3 brands across various online channels including Wechat MP, Tmall, JD, and DY.
3. Collaborate with the China merchandising team and headquarters on Open-To-Buy (OTB) planning and regular forecasting.
4. Coordinate seasonal buying activities for both Spring/Summer (SS) and Fall/Winter (FW) collections, ensuring alignment with OTB plans.
5. Set monthly/daily merchandising calendars and KPI targets in line with annual/seasonal merchandising strategies.
6. Develop omni-channel product operation strategies focusing on improving in-season sell-through rates, controlling discounts, and optimizing stock allocation among different platforms.
7. Monitor daily product performance and collaborate with operations teams to plan online campaign assortments.
8. Coordinate with third-party vendors and headquarters to ensure timely and accurate product onboarding, including product information data flow.
9. Collaborate with the E-commerce marketing team to select products for paid traffic and prepare livestreaming products, scripts, and mix-and-match strategies.
10. Manage replenishment activities based on sales forecasts, ensuring timely restocking of fast-moving products.
11. Own the planning and execution of hero products and secondary pillar products.
12. Develop and implement liquidation strategies for the China market.
13. Analyze returns on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
任职要求:
1. Strong text-writing/editing skills with knowledge of the fashion industry.
2. Familiarity with e-commerce marketplaces.
3. Minimum of 5 years of e-commerce product management experience, with at least 2 years in apparel merchandising.
4. Proficiency in data analysis and strong communication skills.
5. Written English proficiency is mandatory; oral English proficiency is a plus.
5. Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
