Your Tasks:
• Manage and coordinate a team within the scope of customer projects.
• Technical support and consulting of the employees in the solution of technical issues.
• Project responsibility according to quality, costs and deadlines as well as preparation of status reports.
• Close cooperation with other teams and departments as well as customers to develop optimal solutions.
• Identify optimization potentials and implementation of improvement measures.
• Develop and implement strategies for the further development of the team and the department.
• Worldwide order acquisition, execution of project planning and proposal preparation as well as expansion of strategic partnerships.
Your Skills:
• Academic Degree in the field of mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or similar.
• Several years of experience in managing employees and leading teams.
• Sound knowledge in the field of vehicle or chassis development.
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.
• Very good communication and team skills, coupled with high social competence and flexibility. Assertiveness and independent, entrepreneurial thinking.
