Key responsibilities:
Collaborate with ESG team to deliver sustainability related work for China facilities and operations, identify and deploy projects to deliver emissions reductions (GHG, water, waste and refrigerants) and deliver our corporate carbon emissions reduction goals through 2030.
与ESG团队合作,执行中国区设备和运行的可持续发展相关工作,识别和部署实施减排项目(如废弃物减量、温室气体减排、节能、节水、及减少制冷剂使用),实现公司2030年的碳减排目标。
Job responsibilities工作职责:
1.Collaborate with ESG team to deliver sustainability related work for China, by developing strategies and initiatives to deliver our corporate goal.
与ESG团队合作完成中国区可持续发展相关工作,通过展开实行相关策略和主动性来实现公司目标;
2.Collaborate with Facility MEP (mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) owner to develop energy and water efficiency strategies and system approach high performance HVAC systems, plumbing systems, and electrical lighting systems;
与厂务(机械,电力和管道)负责人合作,制定能源和水的使用效率策略,实现高性能暖通空调系统、管道系统、电气及照明系统;
3.Work with cross functions to identify and deploy ESG related projects to deliver emissions reduction (GHG, water, waste and refrigerants)energy saving, product packing optimization and sustainable packaging materials;
与其他职能部门合作,识别和推动ESG持续改善的相关项目,如废弃物减量、温室气体减排、能源资源节约、节水、产品包装优化及减少制冷剂使用等;
4.Responsible to monitor progress of ESG related projects and report progress to the ESG team.
负责监督ESG持续改善项目实施的进展情况并向ESG团队汇报。
5.Responsible to conduct trend analysis for ESG related projects and coordinate with project owner to implement corrective actions;
负责对ESG项目数据进行趋势分析,并与ESG项目责任人协调实施改善措施;
6.Responsible to collect and summary ESG related project data across departments, and provide support for annual ESG report;
负责ESG持续改善项目的跨部门数据汇总和整理,提供年度ESG可持续发展报告需要的资料;
7.Responsible to support green building alignment or certification (LEED, WELL, LBC, RESET, etc.) for our new facilities
负责为新建设施的绿色建筑认证(LEED、WELL、LBC、RESET等)提供支持;
8.Responsible to work with government or client to complete ESG audit, carbon emission verification, and other related tasks;
负责配合完成政府或者客户的ESG审核工作、碳排放核查等工作;
9.Understanding of local and national energy codes and policies;
负责及时了解能源管理及节能减排的法律法规;
10.Keep update on innovative technologies, voluntary rating standards, codes, industry trends, etc;
负责及时了解节能减排相关的最新规范要求、创新技术及行业趋势等;
11.Responsible to support incentive and rebate program;
负责项目补贴和奖励的申请;
12.Other assigned related work, such as customer audit, ISO system audit, etc;
其他分配的相关工作,如客户审核、ISO体系审核等;
Requirements能力要求:
一、 Required Competency 必须具备的***优先能力
1.Bachelor or above degree, 3 to 5 years of sustainability related work experiences, preferably with ESG consulting companies.
本科及以上学历,3到5年相关可持续发展工作经验,有ESG咨询公司工作经验更好;
2.Experience with ESG frameworks, LEED, GHG protocol, and so on, prefer to have ESG related certification
具有ESG体系、绿色建筑认证、温室气体减排经验,有ESG相关认证证书更好;
3.Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, pass CET-4 , prefer to have CET-6;
英语听说读写流利,通过CET-4,CET-6更好;
4.Strong written and verbal communication skills;
优秀的书面和口头沟通能力;
5.Excellent project management skills
优秀的项目管理能力;
6.Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
优秀的时间管理能力,能够按时完成任务;
7.Adapt to business travel.
能够适应出差;

1.Understand facility system operation, such as air condition system, power system, etc.
了解厂务系统运行,如空调系统、电力系统等。
