YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate with Breeders/stakeholders, plan & execute all Pre- commercial (PCM-1, PCM-2 and PCM-3) hybrid testing trials using scientific experimental designs both at site or off-site territories

Ensure precise data collection using enterprise digital tools like Velocity, Plot walker.

Ensure to analyze trial data & clear interpretation of the results along with recommendations on product advancement

Bridge closely with the Breeders; TD & Sales teams to ensurethat the correct products are being tested as per season/segment /Geography Execute all PCM1-3 trials off site on farmers field locations

Ensure smooth farm operations & Manage general administration of site

Execute Demo trials/Field days andcustomer oriented events as per need of business

Maintain and build relationship with internal & external stakeholders

Ensure successful execution of Scout trial/ screening trials projects for diseases, insects, and fertilizer deficiencies

Ensure continuous improvement in testing tasks by Seeking feedback from all internal and external stakeholders

Performing all tasks and behaving in a manner compliant with and in support of all safety related company policies and practices, including completing all required Company training courses and attending safety activity.

WHO YOU ARE
B.S. degree in agriculture or related discipline with minimum of five years of experience in Plant breeding or R&D related roles, or a M.S. with at least three years' experience in Plant breeding and/or field trial management

Solid understanding of testing procedure, environments, practices which impact on product evaluation and hybrid selection

Abundant knowledge in market requirement on vegetable crops is plus

Experience with data management and statistical analysis software

Ability to use and support proprietary IT systems for label and stake printing and inventory management

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based and cross-functional team environment

Experience in coordinating and managing workload to complete objectives and multiple tasks on time

Ability towork independently while traveling to off-site locations to accurately collect and manage data obtained from trials

Proficiency in Microsoft software suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Better English language skills, oral and written.

General Job requirements: 40% travel, 50 % field work, 10% computer work, 40 hrs./week
