职责描述：
Responsible for the ASU process simulation, design and validation.负责按计划进度进行空分项目流程计算与流程设计、校对工作。
•Responsible for the related documents edit and validation.负责与流程相关的技术文件的编制、校对工作。
•Responsible for the ASU process required equipments’ and packing datasheet, purchase technical inquiry documents ,clarification and order .编辑工艺所需设备和填料的数据表，技术询价文件，澄清并采购。
•Responsible for process piping calculation and validation ;Trays calculation and validation ; Column nozzles’ calculation and validation.工艺管道计算和校对，筛板的计算和校对，塔器管口的计算和校对。
•Responsible for the PID edit and validating if necessary .必要时绘制校对工艺流程图PID .
•Responsible for the decision of process related issues.对流程及与流程相关的技术问题进行决策。
•Technically supporting sales technical and related bidding jobs.提供销售部门投标有关技术支持并协助完成部分报价工作
•To attend ASU stat up and commissioning if necessary and to solve the process problems met during the commissioning.必要时参加空分验收和工程调试并协助解决调试涉及的工艺问题。
•To attend ASU optimization work from process point view.从流程角度参与空分优化工作。
•Related technical documents manage according to company request.按公司要求及时完成设计技术文件的归档工作。
•To finish other tasks arranged by leader及时完成部门主管安排的其他任务。

任职要求：
Education：Bachelor Degree or above, major in Refrigeration and Cryogenic, Chemical Engineering and etc.教育程度：制冷与低温、化学工程等相关专业，本科或以上学历。

Professional knowledge：Skillful in ASP process design and calculation, having good knowledge for ASP general design and process-related engineering, experienced in field commissioning, having knowledge for ASP and cryogenic tech. development and market situation at home and abroad. 专业知识：熟练掌握空分装置的流程设计和计算技术，熟悉空分装置总体设计和流程相关的工程工作。具备丰富的现场调试经验，熟悉国内外空分装置与低温技术的发展动向及市场情况。

Capability and qualification：Excellent team-work and good in communication, execution, development and renovation. Hard working with strong sense of responsibility.能力和素养：具备团队合作精神，优秀的沟通能力、执行力、开发创新能力和学习能力。有责任心，肯吃苦耐劳。

PC skill：Auto CAD, Microsoft office , internet and professional discipline software. 计算机水平：熟悉Auto CAD，Microsoft office系统，熟练应用网络和专业软件

Languages：General use in listening, speaking, reading and writing；语言水平：具备一般的英文听、说、读、写能力。

Working experience：At least 3 years’ experience in ASP process and plant design.工作经验：至少3年空分流程及装置设计经验

Tech. Qualification：Assistant engineer, engineer or Senior engineer; preferred if both have a pressure vessel or pipeline audit qualification.职称要求：助理工程师、工程师或高级工程师；如同时具有压力容器或管道审核资格证者优先考虑
