【职位概述】
作为Business Analyst，负责公司BI项目的需求分析。您需要能够流利地使用英语口语与客户沟通需求，并获取用户痛点，提供业务方案，并编写需求文档。您将与跨部门团队密切合作，确保项目的成功交付，并满足客户的期望。
【Accountable职责】
- 使用英语口语与客户沟通，确保准确理解并收集项目需求。
- 识别并提取用户需求和痛点，通过深入了解客户业务流程和需求，为客户提供有效的解决方案。
- 与项目团队合作，确保项目需求的准确传达，并对项目交付负责。
- 协调并促进与客户的沟通，包括需求验证、变更管理和项目进展报告。
- 监督需求的实施过程，确保项目按时交付，并满足客户的期望。
- 支持测试团队，确保测试策略和测试用例符合项目需求。
- 分析业务需求和流程，识别潜在的改进机会，并提出相应的建议。

- 深入理解公司BI项目的业务目标和需求。
- 收集、分析和整理需求，编写清晰、详细的需求文档，包括功能规范、用例和用户故事等。
- 与项目团队合作，确保需求文档的准确性和完整性，并解答相关问题。
- 确保需求文档与客户的期望和业务目标保持一致，并进行必要的修订和更新。
- 评估项目范围和优先级，确保项目交付符合时间和质量要求。
- 监督需求变更，确保变更的及时记录和通知相关方。
- 协调和支持测试团队，确保测试活动与需求文档一致。
【职位要求】
- 本科或以上学历，相关领域的学士学位优先。
- 流利的英语口语和书写能力，能够与客户进行顺畅的沟通。
- 具备良好的需求分析和问题解决能力，能够理解和澄清复杂的业务需求。
- 出色的沟通和协调能力，能够与跨部门团队进行有效的合作。
- 具备编写需求文档和功能规范的经验。
- 熟悉敏捷开发方法和项目管理流程。
- 具备保险行业知识和经验者优先考虑。
