技能要求：
机械设计，零部件设计
公司根据不同客户的要求，在外国专家的带领下，设计、生产水果与蔬菜分选、包装机械设备（自动倒箱机、卸垛与码垛机、清洁机、打蜡机、烘干机、分选机、自动包装机等）。
工作职责：
（1）根据客户要求，基于设备标准，运用AutoCAD, Solidworks进行水果分选与包装等机械的设计与改善工作；
（2）听取车间反馈信息，控制制作成本；对车间制作进行指导；
（3）根据市场情况，改善产品设计；
（4）对样机进行测试。
资格要求：
（1）机械设计专业本科以上学历；
（2）熟悉各种机械部件，如发动机，齿轮，轴承，气动，液压，传动装置等；熟悉公差等要求；熟悉车间装配与机加工艺；
（3）熟悉AutoCAD与Solidworks;
（4）能独立思考问题，提出解决方案；
（5）能用英语沟或法语沟通优先考虑。
