1.The quotation specialist is required to daily review the inspection booking orders in the system according to the client’s requirements, validate the feasibility and quotations to the clients.
每日审核系统客户的验货订单和验货要求，验证其可行性和报价。
2.For the inquiries and requirements a new product category or new clients , the quotation specialist is required to precisely response to Sales or AE on time, she/he should consult with technical manager for any uncertain standards or unclear requirements.
报价专员需要准确及时地回应业务或客服的新产品或新客户的询问与要求。 如果有不确定的标准不清楚的要求报价专员需向技术经理咨询标准;
3. For the inspection activity with multi-***-days, the quotation specialist needs to work closely with the scheduling team to discuss and confirm the inspection duration of each activity.
对于检验活动有几个MDs时，要与排班团队紧密合作，确定每个活动的检查周期;
4.In case the quotation proposals are not met the client’s expectations, the quotation specialist needs to further adjust the quotation options, and required to consult technical manager if needed.
当报价方案与客户的期望不一致，需要进一步调整报价方案，必要时报价专员应咨询技术运营经理。
5. To complete the jobs assigned by line manager.
完成部门经理安排的其他工作。
任职要求：
1.Above 1 year working experiences in the industrial of quality inspection and management, should be familiar with inspection process;
至少1年以上质量检验与管理的工作经验，要熟悉检验流程
2.Familiar with GB2828 or MLT-STD-105E sampling plan and AQL standards.
熟悉GB2828或MLT-STD-105E抽样方案和AQL标准。
3.Good command of English for both writing and reading; Be familiar with the operations of office software and networks;
良好的英语读写能力, 熟悉电脑办公软件与网络操作。
4.Good communication skills, strong organizational skills, strong sense of responsibility;
良好的沟通能力，组织能力强，责任心强；
5.Good team player with proactive working attitude.

6.Adaptable and willing to work in growing organizations and under pressure ；

7.Working experience in a third party inspection company or laboratory is preferred.
