Essential job functions


 Plan, conceptualize, and create mechanical designs for new process equipment

 Develop testing processes, and perform testing and validation of new designs

 Perform engineering calculations to support design work

 Create and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications using computer software

 Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, and work with vendors and contractors

 Support in mechanical assembly of equipment according drawings

 Support in commissioning and testing the tools

 Analyze and investigate technical issues to ensure high process quality

 Working closely with clients and cross-functional departments to communicate project status and proposal

 Perform detailed documentation to track project development and design process

 Ensure project timeline is met and project stays within budget

Skills and Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or in a related field

 3+ years of experience working in engineering

 Firm grasp of engineering concepts, and experience designing mechanical systems and products

 Excellent math skills: ability to apply advanced mathematical principles and statistics to solve problems

 Experience using CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD or similar

 Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability

 Ability to communicate effectively and clearly in good written and verbal English

 Must be self-motivated and a great team worker

 Interpersonal skills for working in an international, English speaking environment

 Creative problem-solving skills

 Entrepreneur in his field and way of working

 Hands-On and Can-Do mentality技能与资历要求：
1. 机械设计或相关专业本科以上学历；
2. 3年以上非标设备相关设计经验，光伏热处理和真空镀膜设备设计研发相关经验者优先；
3. 熟悉掌握工程概念，有机械系统和产品设计经验；
4. 熟练使用CAD软件，如Creo，SolidWorks, AutoCAD或类似软件；
5.有PDM和PLM系统经验；
5. 出色的技术和解决问题的能力以及推理能力；
6. 良好的英语书面和口头沟通能力；
7. 良好的沟通能力和责任心，以及团队合作精神；
8. 具备在国际英语环境中工作的人际交往能力。
