主要职责：
-Plan and implement reinforcement of assembly equipment and tooling in time according to company strategy, product transfer and production demands. 根据业务需求，计划生产设备及治具的维护及改善
-Instruct assistant engineers and technicians to implement maintenance plan effectively 指导助理工程师及技术员实施设备维保计划
-Initiate engineering change, provide proposal and implementation 发起并实施工艺变更方案
-Tooling/fixture of wave soldering process improvement and design 波峰焊制程的治具设计改善
-Be innovation and initiative on all kinds of improvement, e.g. quality, process, equipment, lean manufacturing 积极开展所负责工艺段的各类改善，包括质量、制程、设备、精益等；
-Define, monitor and report process KPIs on both capacity and capability (e.g. FPY, scrap rate, machine availability) and review/define corrective actions if needed. 对负责工艺段的KPI结果负责，包括FPY，废品率，设备状态等，并在必要时实施改进
-Leading quality issue analysis, actions define and implementation 主导进行质量问题分析、制定并实施处理方案
-Define AE and technicians training plan and implementation 助理工程师及技术员的培训计划及实施


岗位要求：

1. At least 3 years wave soldering experience, PCBA assembly experience is preferred

full-time college or above 3年及以上经验，具有波峰焊焊接工艺经验者优先；优秀机械类应届生亦可投递。

2. Mechanical and electrical engineering, automation or other engineering majors 大专及以上学历，理工科背景相关专业；

3. Good English, oral communication 良好的英语能力；

4. Skill at mechanic design software is preferred 熟悉机械设计软件者尤佳。
