Our client is a startup semiconductor equipment company specializing in advanced packaging bonding equipment.
Description
* Oversee the development and implementation of software solutions
* Manage and mentor a team of software engineers, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and system engineering, to ensure seamless integration of software components
* Drive software architecture decisions and ensure adherence to good practices and industry standards
* Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies and methodologies to enhance software performance and reliability
Job Offer

Profile
* Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
* Strong background in developing software for semiconductor packaging equipment
* Proficient in programming languages such as C++, Python, and Java
* Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
