工作内容：
1、统筹公司所有商业及公益类项目，作为首要负责人，承担整体把控项目进度、质量、成
本及风险等责任，并有落地解决执行能力，保证所有项目及时高效完成；
2、制定制片管理方案，规范项目管理流程及制度；
3、熟悉推进中项目情况，根据项目特性指导执行制片完成项目对接、排期、合理的人员分
配及成本计划等，提前预判项目难点与风险，并作出预案；
4、协助执行制片进行资源及跨部门协作协调，项目推进过程中，掌握关键工作进度，及时
发现问题并提出解决方案；
5、监督执行制片进行项目资料的存档及管理；
6、定期组织执行制片进行项目复盘，发现问题，并提出优化建议；
7、协助运营拓展部收集并筛选优质外包方，建立外包资源库及外包评分标准；
8、协助商务进行客户服务及转化，保障客户服务标准。
岗位要求：
1、5 年及以上影视动画制作类相关工作经验了解影视动画制作全流程及公共艺术流行趋势；
2、具有大型项目制片经验，熟悉影视制作流程，具备风险控制及成本控制能力；
3、有较好的英文能力优先；
4、掌握日常办公软件操作，如office、OA；
5、优秀的语言表达能力、会议反馈信息整理能力；
6、优秀组织协调、团队协作能力；
7、其它方面：有较强的时间管理能力，有敏锐的观察力、市场洞察能力和解决问题的能力，
有大型动画电影项目制片相关经验者优先，CG 经验者优先。
