Principal Responsibilities:

• Preparation of accounting and related compliance works for our Hong Kong and international clients;
• Prepare and review periodic management reports and consolidation packages;
• Review and analyze variances and interpret results from a management accounting perspective and report to client;
• Cooperate with auditors with the compliance matters including annual audit and tax filings on behalf of clients;
• Provide Hong Kong tax advice to clients;
• Supervise and review junior staff’s work on clients’ accounting and payroll duties;
• Meet clients independently to understand their business activities and advise over best structure in Asia or international from accounting and tax perspective.

Requirements:
• University graduate in accounting and qualified accountant;
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience (accounting/audit);
• Familiar with Hong Kong accounting system (MYOB, Xero, Quickbook) and requirements is a plus;
• Proven technical expertise and a thorough understanding of the HKAS and IFRS is a preferred;
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills to be able to communicate independently with CFO-level clients;
• Able to work independently to achieve tight reporting deadlines;
• Based in Shenzhen with occasional travel to Hong Kong for client meeting and professional training;
• Fluent in spoken and written English;
• Immediate availability is preferred.
