Job Description
Responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive China Flow Controls (FCV) marketing plan and cooperate with AP for marketing activities. Role will oversee all communications and promotional programs to enhance brand awareness, develop customer loyalty, drive demand, and support overall business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute a robust FCV China marketing strategy including both digital and traditional marketing for served market.
2. Collaborate and work closely with AP/China AUTOSOL, FCTL, FCV Marketing Leads to drive and support organizational-wide Marketing/Marcom programs as required
3. Conduct market analysis, competition study, industry deep dive and voice of customer research to identify growth opportunities.
4. Work with cross functional teams and local business partners to execute digital marketing initiatives including content development, severe service, new applications and service center promotion.
5. Expand FCV digital presence through Website, Wechat, MyEmerson etc.
6. Promote digital transformation/IIoT opportunities in various industries.
7. Support Marcom and event planning and executions.

Basic Qualifications
1. Self-motivation personality. Work under the pressure
2. Bachelor's degree in a marketing, engineering, and/or business-related field
3. Minimum 3 years’ marketing or BD experience in related process industries, valve background is preferred
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills including a demonstrated ability to develop and deliver successful customer presentations or demonstrations. Ability to interface directly with customers and upper management in critical and stressful situations.
5. Flexible for frequent travel to customer sites.
