职位描述：
1. Assist Marcom manager to carry out all public relations activities effectively；
协助市场传讯部经理有效的执行所有公关活动；
2. Assist Marcom manager to prepare, plan and implement Swisstouches public relations activities plan；
协助市场传讯部经理准备、计划和执行集团的公关活动计划；
3. Coordinate with related departments to plan and organize promotional activities. Invite guests and media to participate in promotional activities, pre and deliver press releases；
与相关部门协调，策划和组织促销活动。邀请嘉宾和媒体参与促销活动，准备并进行新闻发布；
4. Establish and update HO database, including news media, clients, government, associations and community members;
建立并更新集团数据库，包括新闻媒体，客户，政府，协会及社团人士；
5. Implementing an effective online marketing and communication strategy in order to drive online traffic and maximize online distribution channel as well as improving brand awareness;
实施有效的网络营销和传播策略，以推动网络流量，最大化各类分销渠道、网络分销取代，提高品牌知名度；
6. Social media platform material editing, and according to the group's requirements of the release frequency. Including but not limited to: Conpany website, wechat, wechat Video account, Weibo, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Taobao, etc.
社交媒体平台素材编辑，以及按照集团要求的发布频次进行。包括但不限于：瑞斯丽官方网站、微信、微信视频号、微博、抖音、小红书、淘宝逛逛等。
7. Company WeChat guest’s maintenance, and WeChat fan group management.
企业微信客户维护以及企业微信粉丝群管理。
8.Assist the Membership Department management membership and promotion.
协助会籍部进行会员管理及推广工作；
9.Assist in the Swisstouches online sales channel’s operation and maintenance.
协助进行瑞斯丽在线销售渠道运维工作；
10. Complete tasks that supervisor assigned.
完成上级交待的其他工作。
Qualifications:
任职要求：
1.Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written and understand the primary language(s) used in the work place.
在口头和书面上有良好的沟通技巧，并且拥有工作岗位需要的最基本的语言交流能力；
2. Bachelor degree or above, corporate marketing or related disciplines.
本科以上学历，营销或相关学科。2-3年酒店公关相关工作经历
3. Ambitious, quality focused, good commumication skill under working pressure
拥有较强的沟通能力和业务素质，能承受较强的工作压力。
