Key accountabilities/Responsibilities:
1、Ensure high maintenance standard of production equipment and continuous improvement of production equipment to ensure the normal and reliable running of production equipment.
2、Develop and maintain predictive and preventive maintenance plans for the entire equipment to ensure high uptime.
3、Manage backup/spare parts to ensure minimum equipment downtime.
4、Responsible for the establishment and implementation of equipment TPM and emergency plan.
5、Manage and develop maintenance team, supervise team members to optimize performance.
6、Enforce health, safety, security and emergency systems awareness.
7、Support on EHS management systems (GSSF & ISO14001 & ISO45001), lead the EHS related duties for responsible areas。
8、Strictly abide the EHS rules and regulations and behavior guideline in the plant。
9、Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Requirements/Qualifications:
1、Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
2、8+ years experience on mechanical equipment.
3、Managerial experience.
4、Experience from similar industry and from an International company.
5、Have passion for excellent approach and high maintenance standards
6、Hands on with the daily activity in your department is an important driver towards excellence.
7、Must with electrician certificate.
8、Commit to reach goals and deadlines.
9、Fluent in both Mandarin and English language.
10、Knowledge with IATF16949, ISO14001 and ISO45001.
