工作内容:
1、负责到诊客户的接待、处理原有日常客服工作:
2、医院患者社群招募引导,对活动福利、服务等患者体验感进行反馈;
3、客户服务及客户的维系,为患者提供个性化礼宾关怀服务;
4、为来院的中外客户提供医疗服务咨询、科室对接引导、特殊节日活动提示等;
5、维护管理客户茶歇区域、儿童及特殊患者常备用品、各类品牌宣传展示物等
7、完成目标客户的品牌调研、服务满意度调研、好评笔记邀请、市场活动招募等。
8、根据企业不同发展阶段,持续更新完善客户管理体系、跨科室协同服务流程。
任职要求:
1. College degree or above.
2. At least one year working experience in multinational companies; medical background preferred.
3. Fluent English speaking, other language skills preferred.
4. Good communication and independent working skills.
5. Work under pressure, cooperation with the team.
6. Proficiency in office software and equipment, familiarity with hospital HIS system preferred
