As an overseas customer service manager, you'll make sure that the needs of customers are being met or exceeded. Your aim is to provide and promote excellent customer service throughout the SUNMI you work for. You'll work with the HQ customer service team, making sure that service standards are being met and problems are resolved.

You may work at various levels, from head office to the front end of the business, and in most cases will be:
- Help to develop and implement customer service policies locally
- Find ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve services
- Handle face-to-face inquiries from customers.
- Assist local sales, give customers product training and technical support; empower local disturbers ability
- In the process of communicating with customers, provide correct guidance to customers on key technologies;

Responsibilities:
As a customer service manager, you'll need to:
· Provide help to customers using SUNMI products or services
· Communicate courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face-to-face
· Handle customer complaints or any major incidents,
· Analysis statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service is providing and write reports and analysis the customer service that organization provides
· Improve customer service procedures, policies and standards for local customers
· Learn about SUNMI products or services and keep up to date with changes
· Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
· Mange and support the local service providers

Requirements:
· Experience in providing customer service support
· Excellent knowledge of management or operation methods and techniques
· In-depth understanding of finance, logistics, warehousing and catering industries;
· Proficiency in English preferably speak Portuguese
· Computer, communication tech, automation and other science and engineering majors are preferred;
· Strong client-facing and communication skills
· Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
· BS degree in Computer or related field
· Can work across departments to accelerate the efficiency of solving customer technical problems ,collect customer technical requirements and improve customer satisfaction.
· Data analysis capability
