Job Duties:
1. Follow the brand strategies and directions formulated by the Regional Director and Head of branding, translate it into concrete plans and engagement campaigns that is suitable for the local market
2.Monitor market trends, research information of the bilingual schools/international schools market, including but not limited to their tuition feel level, offering and uniqueness, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues
3.Make use of the market know-how and create a unique position for MCC
4.Work together with the Head of Admission of Chengdu to generate leads and build channels to recruit target audiences and hit the annual enrollment target
5. Establish performance specifications/Key performing index for the marketing campaigns
6. Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIS)
7.Provide marketing information for the Head of Admissions and Marketing to consolidate with insight generated by internal enrollment reports for the enrollment projection
8.Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency and ensure the language used in all promotional materials are up to standard and, including but not limited to website, video, brochures,social media (Wechat official channel,Weibo), are align with the branding image and guiddelines
9.Responsible for establishing a comprehensive social media promotion plan, such as Mini Account in Wechat, establishing such as Xiaohongshu, Tiktot China, Zhihu, and Bilibili and etc, providing forward-looking social media promition plans and programmes
10.Prepare budget, marketing plan and review the target spends and makes the real-time adjustments in order to optimize brand marketing campaign performance
11. Monitor response and reactions of the target families
12.Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
Job Requirements
1. BS degree in marketing or a related field
2. Proven working experience as brand manager or associate brand manager (Background in 4A companies or outstanding PR agencies, 500 companies, and experience in first-tier city is preferred)
3. Results driven
4. Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
5. Highly creative with ability to think out of box
6. Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns the engage, inform and motivate
7. Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
8. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
9. Good communication and interpersonal skills
10. Keep abreast of the latest education trends and marketing best practies
11. Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets
12. Excellent command of the English, speaking, writing and communications
13. Could adapt to ta stressful working environment and occasional business trips
