Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist Buying Head to communicate with suppliers, factories and internal retail, COC (Code of Conduct) and other related teams, and to extract and analyze data using internal systems, providing data reports
2. Support Buying team to communicate with suppliers on QA, QC, test results, COC, penalties and all quality related topics
3. Collect and analyze quality results report weekly and collect penalties/repairing fees accordingly
4. Assist Buying and COC team to manage supplier and factory evaluation data
5. Communicate with QA, QC, COC and other related teams, and give feedback to suppliers and factories on any issues that need to be resolved
6. Support Buying Head and Managers to ensure that suppliers and factories solve problems efficiently
7. Support Buying Head on optimizing quality related processes to increase brand efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree and above
2. Around 5 years of experience in garment industry, preferably with Buying Office background, familiar with merchandising, factory COC, QA, QC, supply chain, and data analysis knowledge
3. Excellent cross departmental communication and coordination skills
4. Fluent in English, spoken and written
5. Excellent excel skills
