As a Project Manager for Process Automation Business Area in Beijing, China, you will be responsible for leading the execution of mining service projects and ensures that all related activities are performed in accordance with ABB policy, relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards, contractual agreements, quality standards, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements, financial targets, and schedule commitments.

Your responsibilities
Leading the project execution team, establishes the project execution approach, and overseeing project hand-over, execution planning, and monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals
Providing performance feedback for the resources allocated to projects
Supporting in improving guidelines, tools, and templates
Ensuring that the project follows execution best practices and ABB policies
Monitoring and controlling project progress effectively and efficient resource utilization
Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract
Ensuring that the project consistently applies contract and claims management in accordance with ABB policies and contractual agreements
Coordinating with Supply Chain Management and successfully procures required services, materials, and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers
Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicates with all stakeholders

Your background
Undergraduate and above with PM experience
Skills in Portfolio & Strategy, Governance & Performance, Benefits & Value, Stakeholder Management etc.
Knowledge Management & Continuous Improvement
Native English Language
